Todd Fallbacher

Todd Fallbacher is responsible for overseeing the commercial product line at Old Republic Aerospace. He began his career in aviation as an Assistant Chief Instructor at a Part 141 flight school and later as Director of Operations at a charter management company before transitioning into aviation insurance in 2008 as an underwriter with United States Aircraft Insurance Group (USAIG).

Todd joined Old Republic Aerospace in 2012 as a Senior Underwriter and has since advanced through multiple leadership roles including Assistant Vice President – Chicago Assistant Manager, Vice President – Chicago Regional Manager, and Vice President – Airlines & Major Risk / General Aviation. In 2025, he was promoted to Senior Vice President – Commercial Product Line Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Human Factors and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois. He also holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) designations. Todd is a member of the General Aviation Study Group, has served as a speaker at the International Union of Aerospace Insurers, and maintains an active role in aviation as a Certified Flight Instructor.
