Cliff Johnson

Cliff serves as Chief Financial Officer of Old Republic Aerospace, where he is responsible for all finance, accounting, and treasury operations since joining the company in 2018. Prior to joining Old Republic Aerospace, Cliff spent ten years with MAGMutual Insurance Company, a leading medical malpractice insurer, where he served as Vice President of Treasury and Investments, overseeing the investment portfolio and M&A activity. Earlier in his career, he worked with Voya Investment Management as Manager of Portfolio Analytics and held financial planning and analysis roles within the telecommunications and transportation industries. Cliff began his professional career as a commissioned Infantry Officer in the United States Army. He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations. Cliff earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Auburn University.
