Brian Van Horn, Senior Vice President – Central Region Manager

With more than 25 years of experience in aviation insurance, Brian Van Horn is a respected leader in the field, combining deep industry expertise with a lifelong passion for aviation. As Senior Vice President and Central Region Manager for Old Republic Aerospace, Brian oversees underwriting operations, client relationships, and strategic growth initiatives across a broad territory.

A licensed Private Pilot with Airplane Single Engine Land (ASEL) and Airplane Single Engine Sea (ASES) ratings, and instrument rating, Brian brings a unique perspective to the aviation insurance business—understanding firsthand the challenges and rewards of general aviation. His dual background as both an aviator and an insurance executive enables him to connect with clients on both a technical and personal level.
